Terms of use
Last updated 29 Oct 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Competivora service, published by ZENTHORIA LLC (Limited Liability Company), 30 N GOULD ST STE R SHERIDAN, WY 82801 (the “Publisher”), by anyone who creates an account or uses a workspace (the “User”, acting for an organization, the “Customer”). Creating an account or using the Service means accepting these terms.
2. Description and limits of the service
Competivora imports workforce data (CSV, XLSX or JSON), matches skill names, compares employees' levels with role requirements and future needs, computes gaps, coverage, concentration and a gap score, estimates the operational impact, prioritises actions and produces a report.
- The Service is a decision-support tool. It provides neither legal, financial nor HR advice.
- Results depend on the data provided. Missing data stays “Unknown”; ambiguous skill names are only suggested, never merged without your decision; future needs marked as hypotheses are never treated as facts.
- The Service never estimates a financial loss: impact is operational (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
3. No automated decisions
Recommendations are suggestions to review. You remain solely responsible for any decision concerning employees. The Service must not be the only basis for hiring, promotion, discipline or dismissal, nor be used to profile individuals beyond the fit between skills and role requirements.
4. Account and security
- You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for actions taken with your account.
- The owner and admins of a workspace manage members and their roles (owner, admin, HR analyst, viewer) and grant access to individual employee data with care.
- Tell us without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- import data that you are not entitled to process, or whose processing would be unlawful;
- try to access another organization's data, bypass access controls or disrupt the Service (unauthorised intrusion tests, overload, massive automated extraction);
- use the Service to infringe the rights of third parties or the law.
6. Your data and responsibilities
You keep all rights in the data you import and in the results derived from it. You grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive licence, for the duration of the Service only, to process it in order to provide the Service.
You warrant that you are entitled to import the data, that you have a legal basis for the analysis, that you have informed the people concerned and consulted their representatives where the law requires it. For workforce data the Customer is the controller and the Publisher its processor, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Pilot offer and fees
The Service is offered as early access (pilot). Prices shown on the website are indicative; financial terms, invoicing (done manually during the pilot) and any usage limits are agreed between the Customer and the Publisher.
8. Availability
The Publisher aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, in particular for maintenance or in case of force majeure. Keep your source files: the Service does not replace them.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher does not guarantee that the results are accurate or exhaustive and is not liable for decisions taken on their basis, nor for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, of business, of profit). Nothing excludes a liability that cannot be excluded under the applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its interface, code, trademarks and documentation remain the property of ZENTHORIA LLC or its licensors. The right of use granted to you is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to your internal use of the Service.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies on the Cookies page.
12. Suspension and end of the Service
You can delete all workforce data or your workspace at any time from the application; the data concerned is then erased. Demo workspaces are deleted automatically after 6 hours. The Publisher may suspend or close an account in case of serious breach of these terms, after notice where possible.
13. Changes to the terms
These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Using the Service after a change means accepting the updated version.
