2. Nature of the service
Competivora is a workforce skill-gap intelligence platform: it compares employees' skills and proficiency levels with role requirements and future needs, shows where skills are missing, concentrated or at risk, estimates the operational impact and prioritises actions to review.
Competivora is not a human-resources information system, a performance-evaluation, payroll or recruitment tool. It provides neither legal, financial nor HR advice and takes no decision about any person: its recommendations are suggestions to review, and no financial loss is ever estimated or invented.
3. Intellectual property
The Competivora name, logo, interface, texts, charts and code are the property of ZENTHORIA LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
The workforce data imported by customers remains the property of its holders; it is used only to provide the Service (see the privacy policy).
4. Liability
ZENTHORIA LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep the information published accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive. Results depend on the quality and completeness of the data provided: missing levels stay “Unknown”, and every figure is shown with its confidence and provenance. Results must be checked against your own sources before any decision.
